1. Organiser. Shark Tattoo, owner Marius Constantin Basca, Lange Str. 63, 49661 Cloppenburg, Germany (see Imprint).
2. Who takes part. Every client whose appointment in the given calendar month took place and was completed at one of our studios (Cloppenburg or Minden) takes part. Participants must be 18 or older. No sign-up is needed.
3. Nothing required in return. Taking part does not depend on a review, and we do not ask for a review in connection with the raffle. No further purchase is required.
4. One entry per person. Each person has exactly one entry per studio and month, regardless of the number of appointments.
5. Excluded are employees, artists and guest artists of Shark Tattoo and anyone who has objected to taking part.
6. Prize. One voucher worth €50 for an appointment at that studio is drawn per studio and month. It is valid for 12 months from the draw. The voucher cannot be paid out in cash and is not transferable.
7. Draw. After the month ends, studio management starts the draw separately for each studio; the winner is determined by a random generator. The draw may be filmed and shown on our channels.
8. Notification. We notify the winner by e-mail, by SMS only if they have agreed to SMS, otherwise by phone.
9. Publication. On the /tombola page and in videos of the draw, participants and winners are shown only by first name and last-name initial (e.g. "Anna M.").
10. Objection. You can object to taking part and to being shown at any time: by e-mail to shark.tattoo03@gmail.com, in your customer account or in the studio. From then on you no longer take part and are no longer shown.
11. Data protection. What data we process for the raffle and for how long is set out in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes. Shark Tattoo may change or end the raffle for future months.
